Spicy Hot Chocolate with Cinnamon
4 cups milk
1 cinnamon stick
1 pinch crushed chilies
1⁄2 cup dark Belgian chocolate
- Combine first 3 ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Warm over medium heat until milk begins to steam. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Place dark Belgian chocolate in mixing bowl. Strain hot milk mixture over chocolate.
- Return mixture to Pot. Using a wooden spoon, stir over medium heat until chocolate is melted.
- Pour into heated mugs. Serve with a cinnamon stick in each mug, if desired.
