Spicy Clam Linguine
1 lb (450 g) linguine
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbspMarinara Sauce Mix
1 can (10 oz /284 ml) baby clams, including broth
2 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp parsley
crushed chilies, to taste
- In Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat; add olive oil and Marinara Sauce Mix. Sauté until aromatic. Add clams (including broth), white wine, parsley and crushed chilies. Bring to a simmer for 1 minute.
- Remove pan from heat, add linguine and toss to evenly coat pasta. Divide into serving dishes.
