SPG Shrimp

Serve with your grain of choice and plenty of stir-fried veggies.
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp corn starch
2 tspSPG Seasoning
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 green onion, for garnish
lemon wedge, for garnish
Preparation
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with corn starch and seasoning.
- In a frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink and firm, 1–2 minutes per side.
- Garnish with green onions and a squeeze of lemon.
