Simply Better Baked Bean Salad

Serve with 4 oz (113 g) lean protein, 1 cup sliced veggies, 1 tbsp Epicure dip, and 1⁄2 cup grilled corn.
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup oil
1⁄2 cup vinegar
1⁄2 cup water
3 cans (19 oz/540 ml each) mixed beans
2 cups corn niblets
Preparation
- In a large bowl, whisk together seasoning, oil, vinegar, and water.
- Drain and rinse beans; add to bowl and stir in corn. Mix well to combine. Marinate 30 min in the refrigerator prior to serving.
