An easy pasta ready in just 15 min. Try this basic recipe with shrimp, clams, crab, or a mixture of your favorite seafood.
Add 2 cups mixed greens and 1 tbsp prepared Epicure Salad Dressing.
6 oz whole-grain pasta
1 tsp olive oil
1 bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp fresh lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
2- 4 oz cans crab meat, drained
1⁄2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
- In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve 1 cup cooking liquid.
- Heat oil and reserved cooking liquid in a frying pan. Cook pepper, onion, and garlic over medium heat for 2–3 min. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, Dip Mix, and crab. Cook only until crab is heated through.
- Toss with hot pasta, top with Parmesan, season to taste, and serve.
