Salmon Caesar Salad
Omega-3-rich fish, fresh greens, and lower-fat Dressing make this an excellent healthy meal choice.

4 skinless salmon fillets
1⁄4 cupCaesar Dressing, prepared
1⁄2 cup fresh whole-wheat breadcrumbs
1 tspPesto Sauce Mix
1 head Romaine lettuce, separated into leaves
- Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C).
- Place salmon on parchment-lined Sheet Pan. Spoon Caesar Dressing over each piece. Stir breadcrumbs with Pesto Herb Mix, then spoon over salmon.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until crumbs are golden and salmon is cooked through.
- Divide lettuce leaves among dinner plates and place salmon on top. Drizzle with more Caesar Dressing, if desired.
