Salad with Warm Herb & Garlic Dressing
This simple green salad can be assembled and stored, covered, in the fridge. Add dressing immediately before serving.
1 head Boston lettuce, or 6 cups baby spinach leaves
1⁄4 cup diced red pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbspHerb & Garlic Dip Mix
Herbed Garlic Sea Salt Blend, to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, optional
- Place lettuce in serving bowl. Top with red pepper.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar and Herb & Garlic Dip Mix. Season with Salt and Pepper.
- Quickly warm in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
- Drizzle over salad and toss quickly to coat. Sprinkle Parmesan overtop and serve immediately.
