A perfect topping for burgers or steaks.
2 lbs (1 kg) small button mushrooms
1⁄2 cup butter
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 lemon, juiced
- Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth. Trim the woody ends from the stem.
- Melt butter in heavy sauté pan, add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and Seasoning.
- Add mushrooms, toss to coat. Cook at high heat, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
