Ingredients

1⁄2 cup Pink Lady tea or Rose tea, strong brewed
1 oz gin
1 tsp lemon juice
1 sugar cube
2 oz sparkling wine, Prosecco or Champagne
lemon twist, for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, shake first five ingredients and strain into a champagne flute.
  2. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with lemon.
  3. Make it a Mocktail: Replace the spirits with club soda.
