Roasted Holiday Veggies

We’re spilling the secret to slashing your roasting time by pre-cooking some of the veggies in the microwave. It’s a game-changer for busy hosts! Infused with the cozy notes of sage and rosemary, these veggies will make a splendid addition to your next festivity.
Ingredients
2 medium carrots
2 cups cubed butternut squash
1 red onion
2 cups Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp Holiday Seasoning
2 tbsp oil
1⁄4 tsp Sea Salt, optional
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Peel and chop carrots. Place in Multipurpose Steamer with squash. Cover and microwave on high for 5 min or until slightly softened.
- Peel and slice onion. Cut Brussels sprouts into halves or quarters. In large bowl, combine steamed carrots and squash, onion, Brussels sprouts, seasoning, oil, and salt, if using. Arrange in a single layer on pan.
- Bake 25 min or until veggies are golden and tender.
