Red Pepper Spread

2 red bell peppers, cut in quarters
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Spinach Dip Mix
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
- Place peppers, oil, and dip mix in a Rectangular Steamer and microwave on high for 8 minutes.
- Puree in a food processor with salt, if desired.
- Spoon into serving dish, cover, and chill or serve warm.
