Go meatless at least once a week. Here is a super-grain recipe that is easy to make.
1⁄2 recipe prepared Summer (Home Office) Holiday Quinoa Salad
2 large eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
- Form mixture into four 3⁄4” thick patties (dip hands in water to prevent sticking). If too soft, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan, heat oil over medium. Cook burgers for 8-10 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
