Quick & Easy Tortilla Soup
1 tbspPoco Picante Salsa Mix
4 cupsVegetable Broth, prepared
1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Tortilla chips, crumbled, to garnish
- Combine first 5 ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season to taste with Salt and Pepper. Top each serving with crumbled tortilla chips.
