Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Be ready to make lattes in an instant by making syrup in advance. Store in a Cruet and refrigerate up to 10 days. Makes a wonderful foodie gift!
1 cup water
1⁄2 cup sugar
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Whisk all ingredients in a Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup with a Piano Wire Whisk.
- Cook over medium heat until reduced by about half, and syrup coats the back of a spoon. Store in a Cruet and refrigerate up to 10 days until ready to serve.
