butter

parsnips, peeled and cut into thinly sliced coins
1 pinch, or Poudre Douce
package (one or another):
Cinnamon Cinnamon
Apple Pie SpiceApple Pie Spice
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
  1. Melt butter in frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir-fry parsnips until tender and golden. Sprinkle with spices and season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
