Perfect Parsnips

Ingredients
3 tbsp butter
4 parsnips, peeled and cut into thinly sliced coins
1 pinchCinnamon orApple Pie Spice, or Poudre Douce
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Melt butter in frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Stir-fry parsnips until tender and golden. Sprinkle with spices and season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
