2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp chili powder, optional
1⁄4 tsp Sea Salt, finely ground
- In a bowl, combine cheese, butter, flour, chili powder (if using), and salt. Form into a dough. Cover or wrap; chill 30 min.
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Roll heaping spoonfuls of dough into balls and press into mini tart pans, forming small tart shells.
- Spoon about 1 tsp Red Pepper Jelly into each shell and bake 10 min, or until golden-brown.
