Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

Tastes just like a chocolate peanut butter cup! It’s like dessert for breakfast and, thanks to the protein, will help keep you full until lunch.

Serve with 1⁄2 cup fresh berries and 1 slice multigrain bread.
Ingredients
1⁄2 banana
1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
1 scoopPower Up Chocolate Protein BlendorPower Up Salted Caramel Protein BlendorPower Up Vanilla Protein Blend
1⁄2 cup water
Preparation
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass or take it with you in a Shaker.
