3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
2 cups milk, heated
1 tbsp French Onion Dip Mix
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
- In a Multipurpose Pot, bring Bouillon and potatoes to a boil over high heat. Reduce temperature and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Using a potato masher, break potatoes into smaller pieces. Soup should still be 'lumpy'.
- Stir in hot milk and French Onion Dip Mix. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
- Gently reheat until hot. To prevent curdling, do not boil. Pour into bowls and top each with a dollop of Paris Bistro Sauce.
