These crunchy palate-pleasers are high in flavour, high in fibre and low in calories!
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp moroccan seasoning
Chili Garlic Sea Salt, coarsely ground, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
- Blot chickpeas dry with paper towel. In a bowl, mix chickpeas with oil, moroccan seasoning and Chili Garlic Sea Salt. Spread in a single layer on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until peas are browned and crunchy. Serve immediately.
