Oven Barbecued Potato Wedges
1⁄4 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
1 tbsp BBQ Sauce Mix
4 - 6 baking or sweet potatoes, cut into thin wedges
Sea Salt (Grinder), coarsely ground, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
- Whisk oil and Barbecue Seasoning together in a large mixing bowl.
- Add potato wedges and toss to coat. Place in a frying pan or on parchment-lined Sheet Pan and season with Sea Salt.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
