A warm, nutty dish — perfect for entertaining any time of year.


Ingredients
1 cup
chopped walnuts, pecans and/or almonds – your choice
1
egg
1 tbsp
milk
1 wheel (4 oz/125 g)
brie cheese
3 tbsp

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Place nuts on a plate or shallow baking dish.
  3. Whisk egg with milk.
  4. Coat brie with egg mixture and dip into nuts. Firmly press onto all sides of brie and place in a heat-proof serving dish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and top with Pepper Jelly, or serve on the side.
