3 cups uncooked macaroni or bite-size pasta
1 pkg Modern Mac Seasoning
2 cups unsweetened oat milk, or milk of your choice
2 tbsp plant-based butter or olive oil
- Cook macaroni in Multipurpose Pot according to package directions, then drain.
- Meanwhile, place seasoning in large, microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl. Gradually whisk in milk, 1⁄4 cup at a time, whisking well between additions. Microwave, uncovered, on high 4–5 min, or until creamy.
- Stir butter into cooked pasta. Stir in sauce; it will thicken as it sits.
