Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1 frozen banana, sliced thickly
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1⁄3 cup quick cooking gluten-free oats
1⁄2 tspApple Pie SpiceorCinnamon
Preparation
- In a blender, combine milk, banana, berries, oats, protein blend, and apple pie spice until smooth, 30–45 sec.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
