Mexican Chocolate Pudding
A Mexican twist on a comfort food classic – chocolate pudding!
2 cups cold milk
1 tsp chipotle chili
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
- In a mixing bowl, combine Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix with milk, Cinnamon, chipotle chili and vanilla.
- Mix with Piano Wire Whisk, or beat with an electric mixer on low setting for 2 minutes.
- Pour into serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate at least 10 minutes before serving.
