Light Marinara à la Vodka

Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) penne pasta
1 recipe preparedMarinara Sauce
1⁄4 cup vodka
1 cup evaporated milk 2%
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Cook pasta in Multipurpose Pot according to package directions. Drain.
- Simmer Marinara Sauce with vodka and milk in a Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup for 10 minutes to let flavours blend. Stir in Parmesan.
- Toss with hot pasta and serve.
