Fragrant lemon peel and Herbes Provençales brighten up an easy rice side dish. Delicious with everything from fish to Mexican favourites.
1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 lemon, juiced and zested
Black Pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup and place on high heat. Bring to a boil and stir.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and gently simmer for 20 - 25 minutes, or until rice is tender. Serve warm.
