Serve with 1 serving protein, 1 serving grain/starch, and 2 cups greens.
1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
1⁄4 cup oil
finely grated zest of one lemon, optional
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1⁄4 tsp sugar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
