Lemon Dilly Pasta Salad

Ingredients
2 tspLemon Dilly Dip Mix
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Black Pepper, to taste
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
1 tsp sugar
4 cups cooked bite-sized pasta
1 red pepper, diced
4 green onions, sliced
1 cup sliced celery
3⁄4 cup cubed low-fat cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Whisk first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
