Jerk Chicken Wings
Developed by one of our Community Innovation program winners, Nikita Scringer! Nikita created an authentic Jerk Seasoning Blend to help home cooks save time in the kitchen.
1 lb (450 g) chicken wings
1 1⁄2 tbspJerk Chicken Wing Seasoning
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Toss wings with seasoning. Place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake 25 – 30 min or until cooked through.
Per serving (about 3 wings): Calories 120, Fat 8 g (Saturated 2.5 g, Trans 0 g), Cholesterol 65 mg, Sodium 200 mg, Carbohydrate 2 g (Fibre 1 g, Sugars 0 g), Protein 11 g.
For a wet rub, whisk together equal parts seasoning and oil. Rub on chicken, fish, steak, or pork chops, or toss with root veggies or corn. Roast or grill.
