Jamaican Jive Pork Chops
2 tbsp Jamaican Jive Dry Glaze
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb (450 g) boneless pork loin chops
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- Combine Jamaican Jive Dry Glaze and oil in a re-sealable bag or bowl, add pork and coat well. Let marinate in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
- Grill pork over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Top with green onions.
