4 cupsVegetable Broth, or broth of your choice
1 cup preparedMarinara SauceorPoco Picante Salsa, prepared
1 tbsp3 Onion Dip Mix, or Epicure dip mix, your choice
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
- In a Multipurpose Pot stir broth with marinara sauce and dip mix.
- Bring to a boil, then add frozen vegetables. Simmer, stirring often for 3–5 min, until warm.
