Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp hot water
1 1⁄2 cups warm skim milk
Preparation
- Blend cocoa powder with sugar.
- Mix in hot water until smooth.
- Stir in warm milk.
