Hot Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
2 cups frozen peas
2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken, hot
1 recipe preparedSavoury Herb Gravy, warm
4 whole-wheat crusty buns
Preparation
- Place peas in a Rectangular Steamer. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 2–3 minutes.
- Top bottom halves of buns with chicken and drizzle with half the gravy. Place top bun halves on top and drizzle with the remaining gravy.
- Serve hot with peas on top.
