Holiday Turkey Kebabs
A delicious appy or mealtime solution any night of the week.
Ingredients
1⁄2 lb (225 g) boneless, skinless turkey or chicken breast, cubed
1⁄2 tbspVegetable SeasoningorItalian Seasoning
1 tsp oil
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1 cup cubed green peppers
1 cup preparedCreamy Ranch Dip
Preparation
- Coat chicken with dip mix, oil, salt and pepper.
- Thread meat and veggies onto 12 skewers (6").
- Working in batches, lay skewers in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and microwave on high until cooked through, about 3-4 min. Serve with prepared dip.
