Preparation
  1. In a food processor, add chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup, oil, oats, and protein blend. Pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. If needed, add water, 1 tbsp at a time, until mixture comes together.  
  2. Transfer to a bowl and stir in chocolate chips.  
  3. Line 14 Sheet Pan with 14 Sheet Pan Liner. Roll dough into 12 balls and place on pan. Refrigerate 15 min. 
Tips

These are a great make ahead breakfast for the week. Refrigerate them in a sealed container—they taste even better when they’ve had time to chill longer!
