small button mushrooms, cleaned, and trimmed

bell peppers, cut into chunky pieces
2 tbsp, divided
1 - 2 tbsp
olive oil

bamboo skewers, pre-soaked

Preparation
  1. Place vegetables in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with 1 tbsp Better Than Bacon Topper. Toss to mix evenly.
  2. Alternately thread vegetables onto skewers.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat, turning often, until lightly charred, 8–10 minutes.
  4. Place on a platter and finish with remaining Better Than Bacon Topper.
