Grilled Smoky Bacon Mushroom & Pepper Skewers

Ingredients
16 small button mushrooms, cleaned, and trimmed
16 cherry tomatoes
3 bell peppers, cut into chunky pieces
2 tbspBetter Than Bacon Topper, divided
1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
8 bamboo skewers, pre-soaked
Preparation
- Place vegetables in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with 1 tbsp Better Than Bacon Topper. Toss to mix evenly.
- Alternately thread vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill over medium-high heat, turning often, until lightly charred, 8–10 minutes.
- Place on a platter and finish with remaining Better Than Bacon Topper.
