Grilled Jerk Wings
Use your favourite Epicure Wing Seasoning for these grilled chicken wings that can feed a crowd!

Serve with 1 cup chopped veggies and 1 grilled pita.
2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings
2 tbsp oil
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Place wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with seasoning. Stir to evenly coat.
- Place wings on grill, leaving space in between for even cooking. Cook with lid closed 3–5 min per side, or until chicken is cooked through.
