This low-carb, nutritious, tasty meal is an easy pleaser. You can marinate chops in the fridge up to 6 hours ahead, or freeze a double batch for an easy meal next week.
4 (4 oz/112 g) pork chops
- Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
- Place chops and 1⁄2 cup Greek Dressing in a sealable freezer bag. Turn several times to coat chops evenly.
- Discard marinade, and place chops on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Roast until cooked through, approximately 10–15 minutes. Alternatively, grill chops over medium-high heat, turning once, for approximately 8–10 minutes. Brush with remaining Greek Dressing during last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Let chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
