Greek Pasta Salad with Feta and Olives

A classic greek salad good anywhere in the world.
Ingredients
12 oz (375 g) bow-tie pasta or other bite-sized pasta
1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1⁄4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 red pepper, diced or sliced
1 green pepper, diced or sliced
2 jars (6 oz/177 ml) marinated artichokes, coarsely chopped, marinade reserved
1 recipe preparedGreek Dressing
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Place pasta, olives, feta and peppers into a large stainless-steel bowl.
- Add artichokes with marinade and Greek Dressing to pasta salad.
- Season to taste with freshly ground Black Pepper and serve.
