Gluten-free Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1 cup gluten-free flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1⁄2 tspCinnamon , or chai spice
1 tsp vanilla
1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
1⁄2 cup sugar
1⁄4 tspSea Salt (Grinder)
1⁄4 cup melted butter
1 egg
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Gently combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a lightly oiled 8 x 4-inch rectangular loaf pan.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until lightly golden, and a toothpick or knife tip comes out clean when inserted.
