Gluten-Free Bread

Easy gluten-free soda bread recipe made in 8 minutes. Freezes well.
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups gluten-free flour
1 tbspHerb & Garlic Dip Mix
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1⁄2 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1⁄2 tspSea Salt (Grinder)
2 tsp Spinach Dip Mix
Preparation
- Combine the first three ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the next five ingredients.
- Combine wet mixture with dry mixture to form a loose batter.
- Pour batter into a lightly oiled Rectangular Steamer. Sprinkle top with Spinach Dip Mix.
- Microwave, without lid, for 5–8 minutes or until there are no remaining gooey spots.
- Remove from steamer and let cool before slicing.
