Ginger Shrimp Stir-fry

Kids can help! Let little hands stir together the sauce ingredients.

Preparation
- Stir together first 7 ingredients.
- Season shrimp with Sea Salt and Pepper. Heat oil in Wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, pepper and ginger. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, until shrimp are cooked through.
- Stir sauce, then pour into wok. Simmer for 1 minute, until sauce is thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onion.
