Frozen Yogurt Pie

A delicious, easy dessert that can be made ahead and frozen. Top with seasonal fresh fruit.
Ingredients
1 pie crust, 9"
1 cup cream cheese
1⁄4 cup honey
1 cup plain yogurt
1 orange, zested and finely chopped
1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Bake pie crust for about 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature while making filling.
- Beat cream cheese with honey until smooth. Beat in yogurt, orange zest and vanilla extract.
- Pour filling into prepared pie shell. Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
