Five Spice-crusted Salmon
Salmon is an excellent source of good omega-3 fats that promote heart health and overall well-being.
1 tbsp chives
1⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
4 (4 oz/115g) salmon fillets
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Combine first 3 ingredients. Season salmon with Sea Salt and Pepper. Press breadcrumb mixture onto both sides of fillets.
- Heat frying pan over medium heat; add oil and cook fillets until both sides are golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.
