Fajita Chicken Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
1 1⁄4 cups bite-sized pasta
2 tbsp milk
2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
1 tbspGuacamole Dip Mix
1 tbspFajita Seasoning
1⁄2 cupPoco Picante Salsa, prepared
1 - 2 bell peppers, sliced
avocado, sliced, optional
Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions in a Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Drain.
- Add Mac & Cheese Seasoning and milk, stirring to combine.
- Mix in chicken, veggies and dip mixes.
- Top with avocado, if desired. Serve.
