1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken or pork tenderloin
2 bell peppers
1⁄2 English cucumber
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
4 pitas, warmed
- Thinly slice chicken and peppers. Place in a Multipurpose Steamer; stir in seasoning. Cover and microwave on high for 3−5 min.
- Meanwhile, grate cucumber; wrap in kitchen towel and squeeze out excess liquid.
- In a bowl, stir together cucumber, yogurt, and dip mix.
- Spread sauce over warm pitas and top with chicken mixture.
