Easy Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup
Warm, bright and inviting, this could be a simple lunch or part of an elegant dinner party. And what can we say; it’s the perfect combo with a grilled cheese sandwich!
1 can (14 oz /398 ml) crushed tomatoes
4 cupsNourish BrothorVegetable Broth, prepared
2 tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Dip Mix
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
sour cream for garnish, optional
- In Multipurpose Pot, whisk together tomatoes, Nourish Broth, and Roasted Red Pepper Dip Mix.
- Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with Salt and Pepper. If desired, garnish with a dollop of sour cream and serve immediately.
