Easy Roast Turkey Breast

Roasting a single turkey breast is a great way to cut down on all-day cooking.
Ingredients
2 - 2 1⁄2 lbs boneless turkey breast
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp Holiday Seasoning
Sea Salt (Grinder), optional
Black Pepper (Grinder), optional
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C)
- Using a basting brush, brush turkey breast with olive oil, and Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper.
- Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Roast for 45 minutes.
- Cook until the temperature of the thickest part of the breast is at least 170° F (77° C). Remove the turkey from the oven. Cover loosely with foil and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before carving and serving.
