Easy Cheesy Tuna Melts
The avocados in guacamole are an excellent source of monounsaturated fats.
2 cans (4 oz/120 g) light tuna
1⁄2 cupCreamy Guacamole Dip, prepared
1 apple, diced
4 whole-wheat pitas or tortillas
3⁄4 cup low-fat marble cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 400° F (205 °C).
- Combine tuna, Guacamole Dip and apple in a mixing bowl.
- Place pitas or tortillas on parchment-lined Sheet Pan. Top with tuna mixture and cheese.
- Bake until cheese melts and pita is crisp. Serve warm.
