Cucumber Salad

This fresh, crisp side salad perfectly complements Quick Moussaka.
Ingredients
2 tspLemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
3 medium English cucumbers, sliced
Preparation
- In a small mixing bowl, using Piano Wire Whisk, whisk first 3 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
- With Y-Peeler, peel cucumbers. Thinly slice, and gently stir into yogurt mixture. Serve immediately.
